One subscription, one Microsoft account. You can connect to any Azure DevOps organization your account has access to — there are no limits on the number of organizations, projects, or teams you analyze.
A Team license is tied to one Azure DevOps organization and covers up to 10 unique users per day. There is no list of users to manage — anyone with access to that organization who signs in counts toward the daily cap, and the count resets at midnight UTC. If you have more than 10 unique users per day, just add another license. Two licenses means 20 users per day, three means 30, and so on.
Enterprise licensing is tied to your email domain — anyone at your organization can sign in without any user setup or administration on your part. Pricing is based on expected usage. If your organization later moves off the Enterprise plan, individual users or teams can still subscribe on their own without interruption.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account. After cancellation, your access continues through the end of your billing period plus a 7-day grace period.
